Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives to support business decision-making and ensure the company's financial health and growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, variances, and trends to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather financial data, insights, and forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and the board of directors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in financial planning and analysis processes.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess business performance and drive actionable insights.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and synergy analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
