Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks as needed
- Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries
- Support office management by assisting with various tasks
- Coordinate projects and schedules effectively
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Google Suite applications
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus
- Efficient in data entry with accuracy and speed
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Prior experience as a clerk or in an office setting is beneficial
- Capable of project coordination and multitasking efficiently
