Healing Hearts Presents Reality Productions is a creative therapeutic program. In addition to providing traditional therapeutic services we also provide Drama Therapy and Therapeutic Theater services. We are looking to hire a fully licensed therapist and a therapeutic stage manager.

By utilizing role-playing, character development, and the processing of thoughts and feelings, we aim to provide individuals with a safe and empowering space for personal growth. Through our programs, we strive to foster self-expression, emotional well-being, and the development of essential life skills. All positions are part-time at this time, with the potential to grow into a full caseload, if desired. Our therapist must be fully licensed. We accept LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
Therapist Job Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Be familiar with working with you in the foster care system
For our drama therapy and therapeutic theater program we are looking for individual's that enjoy theater and have an interest in working and inspiring youth. These individuals should be comfortable with facilitating groups and creating a safe space for people to be themselves.
Stage Manager
- Experience or strong interest in the theater
- Marketing and distribution assistance
- Ability to conduct theater practices and group sessions
- Strong behavior management skills
- Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
- Familiar with stage directions and theater terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
