BuildEd, the leader in 21st Century Entrepreneurship Education, is seeking a training and program coordinator to run our entrepreneurship programming. This broadly includes 1) scheduling, setting up, staffing, and reporting on all workshops and bootcamps, 2) training, scheduling, coaching, and managing contractor facilitators, 3) conducting participant support via email, phone calls, and texts, and 4) keeping meticulous records of everything. This position works together closely with facilitators, Partner Success teams, and the Head of Programming. The most qualified applicants will be extremely well organized, good at engaging students, an expert in improving virtual learning experiences, comfortable with computers, and a team player. The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Programming.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
- Scheduling, creating calendar invites, LMS instances, and Zoom meetings
- Training, evaluating, coaching, and scheduling contractor facilitators
- Reaching out to participants via email, phone, and text to drive attendance and completion
- Managing tracking and verifying the information there
- Virtually showing up 30 minutes before each workshop, and staying through the workshop to help participants log in, answer last minute questions, send out reminders to late participants, ensure the facilitator is up and running and make sure everyone can access the materials, and then to support the facilitator and ensure quality control
- Creating assets based on information received, and ensuring that all assets are up to date
- Collaborating with team members to make sure participants and partners receive expected assets in a timely manner
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Training or teaching experience
- Experience coaching trainers/ teachers
- Knowledgeable about young adult and adult learning best practices
- LMS Management Experience
- Extremely organized and detail focused
- Comfortable using a wide variety of basic computer applications and learning new software
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable, pleasant, and a team player

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
