We are seeking an IT Operations Service Delivery Project Managerto join the E2Int team!You will beresponsible for the management and delivery of IT infrastructure implementation projects that are based on principles of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).
E2Int focuses on enabling capability and realizing value in the education space. We advise state administrations and institutions of higher learning in leveraging technology to enable business capability. This includes technology strategy, operating model design, program and project management, portfolio management, and complex project delivery assurance. E2Int also provides Software as a Service (SAAS) to state and local education administrations educator licensure lifecycle management, educator evaluation, school accreditation, and school nutrition financial management.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive project plans with multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, and resource pools
- Leading functional discovery and functional process interviews/working sessions
- Gathering business requirements and translate them into workable ITSM best practices
- Defining ITSM business processes and identify opportunities for business process optimization
- Developing functional process guides, interview/workshop materials and techniques
- Serving as primary point of contact and project manager throughout the lifecycle of all engagements
