Responsibilities:
- Answering customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Providing product information and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Upselling products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conducting face to face consultations with customers
- Accurately entering customer data and maintaining customer records
- Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, including face to face and over the phone
- Demonstrating a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
