JOB PURPOSE:
The Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and orders in a timely manner.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Learn to identify customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate product.
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer issues.
- Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer customer questions.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Proven customer support experience
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Able to reset/adjust priorities as the business demands.
- Managing day-to-day tasks while carrying projects to successful completion.
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Work independently in a deadline driven environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Enthusiastic and proactive team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the basic features of all Microsoft Office and Outlook products.
· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and deliver on expectations.
