Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk operations and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients and therapists.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and efficiently navigate our scheduling system.
- Maximize client intake while ensuring fair distribution of clients among therapists.
- Answer phone calls, check clients in and out, and manage the front desk independently.
- Communicate effectively with therapists whose first language is not English.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency with scheduling systems is a plus.
