Executive Sales Assistant
Must have Skills:
- Travel & Event Management tradeshow etc.
- Strong social media experience in a professional setting (30% of work will be social media related)
- Ability to post on social media including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Upload videos and edit, if necessary, on YouTube or Google Drive, & Loom for training, and other purposes
- Technology savvy with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Calendaring System,
- Office management experience
Location: Lithia Springs; first 2-3 months 4 days in office/1 day remote. Then 3 days in office/2 days remote once trained. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, travel a few times a year to trade shows.
Details: permanent, $50,000-60,000 with spot bonuses as goals are met
We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to be the right hand to a busy sales team working in a demanding business. This person should be able to wear many different hats and be a support in their day-to-day activities. Must have an attitude and willingness to help where needed, good at multitasking, extremely organized, and skilled at getting things done.
Responsibilities include:
- Work directly with customers/clients/ vendors to assure they are getting the support they need Manage and help to maintain schedule for VP of Sales
- Create weekly calendar and assist to oversee that it is updated for team
- Schedule & follow up with appointments
- Assist to keep digital files organized & accessible
- Accurate notes at meetings or use digital app and keep sales team on track for follow-ups
- Filter emails for priorities and respond to emails when necessary, in professional manner for VP of sales Travel & Event Management
- Manage travel by booking flights, cars, etc.
- Occasional travel for trade shows and events
- Manage major trade shows in terms of confirming attendance, meeting deadlines, ordering Promo items, coordinating materials needed for booth and team for the event
- Help with follow up from events to ensure all team members are executing on the plan from event Office Management
- Manage all office supplies
- Compile reports from VP of Sales to present to Executives on weekly basis Asset Management
- Ability to post on social media including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Upload videos and edit, if necessary, on YouTube or Google Drive, & Loom for training, and other purposes Skills:
- Technology savvy with Microsoft Office, Apps, Outlook Calendaring System, OneDrive, Google Drive, and social media is a plus
