Ideal applicant:
- Preference will be given to candidates with dental experience and current RDA license. However, we are willing to train the right candidates (serious inquiries only).

Qualifications
· Experience in dental/orthodontics ideal, however we’re willing to train the right candidate
· Registered Dental Assistant License (may be received after hire, willing to train. Needed in order to take radiographs)
· Minimum High School Diploma/GED
· Need to have a positive friendly attitude, excellent attention to detail and a drive to learn
- Bilingual candidates preferred
Responsibilities
· Taking initial records and preparing patients for the new patient exam with the doctor
· Entering and developing the treatment plan with the doctor during consultations
· Explaining, promoting and signing new patients to the decided treatment plan
· Following up with patients following these visits to encourage starting their orthodontic treatment.
· Assisting to answer phones and set up new patients with consultation appointments.
· Managing new patient paperwork and being meticulous with details entering information.
· Helping to check out patients following their appointments and scheduling their returning appointment
· Providing an excellent patient experience at each and every visit
· Covering and explaining informed consent, contracts and HIPPA policies to patients
· Assisting with patients and other duties as needed
