RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Facilitate new hire onboarding
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role
- Experience with payroll processing using Paycor
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to
apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several
abstract and concrete variables.
