ResponsAble Safety Staffing is seeking a professional Industrial Staffing Sales Representative to grow our core business market share through both existing account development and new account penetration. The successful candidate will drive sales growth for an established leader in our market segment and be compensated well for their performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience marketing and selling services to support industrial maintenance outages, turnarounds and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Build long-term partnering B2B relationships with existing customers
- Identify and be positioned for fulfilling all existing client opportunities
- Prospect, identify and successfully cultivate new business opportunities
- Cold call potential new customers to grow the client base
- Effectively grow sales revenue in assigned market(s) across both new and existing customers
- Drive sales growth across all RA service offerings and assigned regions
- Effectively communicate and present to all levels of both internal and external customers
- Constructively contribute to the RA sales strategy to exceed business objectives
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Professional presentation
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in and industrial services, rental or maintenance environment
- Successful experience in customer acquisition and relationship management
- Competence with business IT applications; Microsoft Office Suite, CRM applications
- Demonstrated success in a direct industrial sales role including new account growth
- College degree preferred

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Account management experience is a plus
