This is a part-time position
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
- Creating Care Plans, Med Delegation, Audit EMR documentation, follow up with all med
changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and provide feedback and guidance
- Ensure compliance with all CBRF regulatory requirements - Manage the budget for the nursing department
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nursing care
Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Proven experience in CBRF setting. Creating and updating Care Plans
- Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile processing techniques
- Familiarity with discharge planning processes and resources available for patients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
