Our client is implementing a highly customized version of Salesforce and needs assistance with the design and development of eLearning modules for three job roles that will interact with the new system. The project will include the development of up to 40 modules, each roughly 15 minutes in duration. The modules will have medium-level interactivity along with simulations, scenarios, screen captures, graphics, and assessments (must be 508 compliant).
Most content will come from provided Word and PPT documents. The internal Instructional Design team will assist in acquiring any additional content needed.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of Instructional Design and Development experience for large companies and knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
- 5+ years’ experience in eLearning Design and hands on Development.
- 3+ years’ experience creating eLearning for systems training (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Experience creating simulations and scenario-based learning and strong eye for visual design.
- Ability to apply adult learning principles to eLearning to provide context and connect learning to individual roles.
- Must be highly proficient in Articulate Storyline and MS Office (consultant to provide their own laptop and licenses)
- Must be efficient and able to develop modules quickly.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Background check required for chosen consultant (possible drug screening as well).
