Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- Career paths with experience in insurance, financial instruments, banking, or other job experience driven by outbound sales.
- Proven success in lead generation through networking, research, and developing target account lists.
- Experience working closely with corporate client executives.
- New business development and ability to demonstrate lead generation skills.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in account management and building client relationships.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close six figure deals.
- Self-driven Hunter, results-oriented, and flexible for client meetings outside standard hours.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and sales forecasting.
Your Role:
- Enhance sales for our exclusive megayacht venues in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach and Naples.
- Focus on corporate sales and incentive meetings, networking events, charity galas and social events.
- Cultivate relationships with yacht brokers, meeting professionals, destination management companies, and corporate event planners.
- Engage with global clients and C-level executives across industries.
- Develop long-term relationships for corporate and personal events.
