Position Overview:
The Raving Fan Specialist will play a crucial role in our marketing team, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position involves spearheading and managing automated systems to collect customer reviews, providing insightful feedback to our office, and developing a loyalty program for our most dedicated customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated systems to prompt customers for reviews immediately after service, based on our current structure.
- Ensure review requests are timely, personalized, and effective.
- Monitor the performance of automated review systems and make necessary adjustments to improve response rates.
- Analyze customer review responses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed feedback to the office and relevant departments to enhance service quality.
- Respond to customer reviews in a professional and timely manner, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Design and implement a loyalty program to reward and retain our most loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the loyalty program and increase customer participation.
- Monitor the success of the loyalty program and continuously improve it based on customer feedback and data.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that customer satisfaction is a top priority.
- Work closely with the marketing and service teams to align strategies and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.

- Strong understanding of automated marketing tools and customer feedback systems such as Zapier.
