We have steadily grown our East Coast operation since our inception in 2017, and are entering the Tampa market.
We are currently hiring a Director of Business Development to expand our footprint within the Technology space. Your mission will be to understand the business of our customers deeply through virtual and in person interactions, and to deliver solutions to enable their business to progress forward.
Requirements:
-3-10+ years of Technology Staffing or Solutions Sales is required.
-A desire to learn something new every day.
-A natural curiosity about the inner workings of an organization's business strategy and how technology is married to that strategy.
-Exemplary active listening skills and overall communication ability.
-The discipline to set small goals and move towards them, and the resiliency to push through, reset, and move forward when things don't go according to plan.
-The stamina to contact prospects and current customers routinely to build and keep relationships
-A passion for competition and a drive to succeed
This is a full time role offering base salary, commission, bonus, company paid Healthcare, 401k with company match, unlimited paid time off, cell phone/car allowance and more!

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
