Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.
Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle employee relations matters and support disciplinary actions when necessary
- Assist in organizational design and succession planning initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, SAP, Taleo
- Experience with payroll systems and human capital management tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of contract management and compliance regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels
