What You're Responsible For:
Lead Setting and Distribution
Inbound phone calls
- Supervise and assist in taking all incoming customer calls. Recognize that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Good communication with the customer is essential! Make sure that taking care of the customer takes higher priority than any other task, and that they are enthused about how they are treated! Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not. How they act between calls affects other team members.
- Transfer client calls to other Administrative assistants or production coordinators as needed
- Live schedule residential homeowners
Online Leads
- Respond to customers that book online or text in through our company software.
- Respond to all inquiries within 5 minutes
- Be educated in terminology to answer any questions or seek out correct resources to answer any questions.
Reviews and Surveys
- Utilize phone, text and email to engage with customers after payment to get a google review and customer survey.
- Help manage and respond to online reviews
- Update all Online lead sources with photos, company information to ensure our image on lead service sites is up to date.
Front Office Duties
- Greet customers that come to the office with a smile and helpful response
- Manage the office music and front Tv.
- Open and close the office on occasions.
Requirements:
- Maintaining excellent customer service through all platforms - IN-person, texting, emails, calls.
- Be able to pass a drug test; be open to background checks.
- Able to talk on the telephone most of the day
- Basic computer skills and be willing to learn new computer software programs.
- Able to type a minimum of 35-40 wpm.
- Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience.
- Follow routine verbal and written instructions.
- Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers.
