Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Manage and Convert company leads
- Build rapport with the buyer, overcome objections and negotiate the contract
- Show properties and work with residential buyers all over the Greater Houston area
- Be available for team training and meetings
- Desire to be part of a successful and growing team
- Give buyer/seller an overview of current market conditions and projections
- Consistent in prospective lead follow-up
- The consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications
- At least 5 closed transactions
- Texas Real Estate License (required)
- Great communication and social skills
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivation and drive
- Technology-driven
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Must be willing to drive to show clients properties all over Houston
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
- Understand contract writing and negotiation
- This person is teachable and is always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs, or by whatever means possible
