Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Pick/Pack/Shipper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or production environment, a solid understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and a commitment to efficiency and high-quality workmanship. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing:
- Accurately pick products from inventory according to order specifications.
- Ensure items are properly packed and labeled, adhering to company standards and cGMP guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Shipping:
- Prepare shipments according to customer orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups as needed.
- Track shipments and handle any issues related to delivery or delays.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the supervisor.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to cGMP guidelines and ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of cGMP and quality assurance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping documentation.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 60 pounds.
