Job Summary
We are looking for a manufacturing engineer to join our team and help us design, develop, and optimize the production processes of our electronic chips. You will work closely with the engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
· Plan, implement, and monitor the manufacturing processes of electronic chips, from design to fabrication.
· Analyze and improve the efficiency, productivity, and quality of the manufacturing operations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or defects that arise during the production process.
· Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement and innovation.
· Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the electronic chip industry.
· Experience in aerospace industry is a plus.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and equipment, such as SMT, PCB, IC, etc.
· Proficient in CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
· Ability to work on ITAR data without a license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
