Craft Concierge, an innovative and progressive clinic in the medical industry, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to work directly with our lead physician to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to our patients. - Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and ability to learn & effectively utilize other business systems. Prior EMR & CRM experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all correspondence and records management
- Highly organized with demonstrated time management skills
- Strongly self-motivated, self-aware, and focused on continuous improvement
- Interest in the health industry
- Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
- Available M-F between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Job Duties include:
- Prepare patient reports & charts and gathering information and documents from patients
- Ensure medical records are organized, accurate and complete
- Create digital copies of paperwork and store records electronically
- File paperwork and reports quickly and accurately
- Assist front desk in answering phones, patient check-in, and data entry
- Assist medical billing
- Adhere to policy and procedures at all times and perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, and patient information use discretion while working with sensitive information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
