What You'll Do:
- Coordinate Pediatric Dental Treatments: Be the bridge between our doctors and patients. Ensure all dental treatments recommended by our doctors are smoothly coordinated and clearly communicated to our patients.
- Manage General Anesthesia Schedule: Organize and manage the general anesthesia schedule, coordinating with both patients and anesthesiologists to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Ortho Consultant Extraordinaire: Pre-screen referral patients to determine if it’s the right time for a consultation. Step in for our lead ortho consultant when needed to help our potential patients start their orthodontic journey.
- Communicate Effectively: Keep everyone in the loop! Clear, effective communication with and between our doctors and patients will be the key to your success in this role.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous treatment coordinating experience in a dental and/or orthodontic office is a plus!
- Organizational Wizardry: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- People Person: Great communication skills and a love for working with kids and their families.
- Problem Solver: Quick thinker who can handle challenges with a smile.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with dental software and scheduling systems.
