Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations for multiple residential (multi-family) buildings in the Seattle area.
- Provide support, supervision, and training to Resident and/or Community Managers.
- Proactively and responsively address owners' needs and requests to solidify positive relationships.
- Resolve resident situations promptly and effectively.
- Monitor tenant balances and engage with residents on financial matters.
- Lead sustainability initiatives for residential and commercial spaces.
- Market and lease 1-2 apartment units per month, with commissions available.
- Conduct rent adjustments based on market analysis.
- Perform billing analysis for third-party residential utility billing and commercial utility sub-metering.
- Assist with maintaining curb appeal and common area appearance.
- Utilize AppFolio property management software for leasing, resident communications, and accounting.
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in property management software, AppFolio experience a plus.
- Real estate license strongly encouraged.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent references.
