Johnny K's Powersports is looking to hire a strong, experienced service manager to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is an individual that can learn quickly, problem solve, and is eager to move up within the company.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS:
---Tuesday-Friday: 9am-6pm
---Saturday: 10am-4pm
---Sunday & Monday: OFF
Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Efficient and effective operation of the service department by delegating and overseeing work to technicians
- Promote and enhance customer reputation by providing excellent standards and customer support
- Effectively manage open repair orders and follow through to completion
- Hire, train, and develop the service department team
- Create a positive culture for team growth and customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicate with customers in order to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Follow up with timely responses
Service Manager Qualifications:
- Recent service department experience
- Proven track record to run a service department at a high volume
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Excellent ability to supervise staff while limiting conflict
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong work ethic and desire to not only lead a team, but be a part of one
