Receptionist / Assistant
Calzone Case Company is a family business and the leading manufacturer of custom shipping cases. We are currently looking for a receptionist/assistant at our Bridgeport, CT headquarters.
Job Description
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, then notify appropriate personnel.
Answer incoming phone calls, gather information, then notify appropriate personnel.
Work directly with President, Vice President and head of sales on a daily basis.
Enter quotes and orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the sales department.
Ability to search the internet to locate product specifications, dimensional drawings, and other information.
Reach out to new customers and follow up with existing customers.
Support inside sales and satellite sales offices.
Create production product tags for new orders.
Assist with daily filing and other tasks as required.
Notify purchasing when office/kitchen supplies need to be restocked.
Must be detail oriented.
Maintain safe, organized, and clean reception/entrance area.
Maintain daily logbook for visitors and incoming calls.
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferably 2+ years of work experience in an office environment.
