Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, customer service, and project coordination.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Computerize information for easy access
- Provide administrative support to team members
Skills:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in project coordination and multitasking
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate administrative processes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
