We are currently looking for a Sales Support/Administrative Assistant - Focuses on administrative tasks that support the sales team, including handling customer inquiries for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company processes and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within all departments.

- Provides administrative support within a customer service department, managing communications, data entry, and possibly assisting with sales processes.
- Manages administrative tasks related to client accounts, supports sales strategies, and ensures high levels of customer service.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns per established department policies and procedures.
- Aids in coordinating and resolving customer objections/concerns with plant and sales staff.
- Effective use of our in/outbound call system to serve the customers and sales team.
- Making accommodations for company clients/guests.
- Possible cross-over responsibilities assisting other Departments (Quality, Purchasing, Accounting, Marketing etc.) to meet sales and customer needs

Work Environment
