About the role:
As the HR Specialist, you are excited to be a culture champion who wants to ensure our team receives the support they need to thrive. While engaging in essential HR functions such as the onboarding process of our new team members, implementing employee engagement initiatives, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing general HR, your primary specialty will be full-cycle recruiting. This entails handling all hourly and salaried roles and working closely with our teams to determine their needs. What we need from you:
Besides your amazing attitude, we need a dynamic individual with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and established contacts in the Phoenix area. Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly UKG Ready, is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality is essential. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior customer service, and a solid grasp of people operations principles, practices, and procedures. The ability to thrive in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software are also required.
