We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative and scheduler who will help help us build and maintain exceptional relationships with our customers, team and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and in person
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Schedule glass installation and service appointments efficiently and timely
- Process and track custom glass orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep records of customer interactions and orders in the Customer Relation Management Software program (CRM)
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
- Communicate effectively with team members including installation schedules to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide Administrative support by invoicing customers and collecting payments
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in customer service and scheduling preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
