About the Position
Business Support Associate As a dynamic member of our Operations Team, the Business Support Associate will handle various tasks, including order processing, installation and service scheduling, inventory management, supplier communication, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. This role also involves daily interactions with customers, supporting our sales team, and assisting with web-based sales and customer service needs. A key responsibility will be providing tech support for in-house devices and systems, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting any tech-related issues.
This position offers the opportunity to be cross-trained, supporting our retail and operations teams as needed, and directly supporting the President and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tech Support:
- Keen understanding of in-house technology to support teams in tech
- Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of tech-related issues
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage QuickBooks Enterprise
- Perform financial reporting duties
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee receiving, delivery, and shipping of merchandise
- Handle defective/damaged merchandise
- Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding customer service across all channels
- Support the sales team as needed
- Order Processing/Database Management:
- Communicate with suppliers
- Assist with in-house and web-based orders
- Schedule deliveries and installations
- Marketing and Business Development Support:
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and use Canva for graphic design tasks

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in accounting and working with financial documents
- Familiar with QuickBooks Enterprise
- Keen understanding of in-house technology to support teams in tech
- Functional aptitude for graphic design and use of Canva
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and drive to excel
- College Degree preferred
