```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure they are followed
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and repairs
- Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including electrical systems, low voltage, high voltage, and fabrication
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order management and tracking
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus
