Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational and behavioral strategies for children
- Provide support and supervision to children during daily activities, such as circle time, playtime, and mealtime.
- Help implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for preschool-aged children.
- Support the lead teacher in managing challenging behaviors and implementing behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Input all activities into app for parents to get real-time updates on their child's day.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow the lead teacher's guidance.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

-$16-16.50 starting wage. Increases when Lead Teacher book is done.
Schedule would be Monday - Thursday 11-6 and Friday 7-5
