Work Schedule: Daytime hours, must be available to work from 5:30 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
Overview:
The Inside Sales Professional is responsible for targeting specific customer segments and managing a portfolio of accounts within an assigned territory to drive revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-up, and email correspondence.
- Aim for 50-60 outbound calls per shift.
- Employ the Sales Process to foster mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Maintain and enhance an accurate prospect database using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tools.
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill-building, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with dispatch to track order status and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Requirements:
- Possess a strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in building successful customer relationships.
- Adaptability to various situations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
