Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in breakfast and or Italian cuisine, with meal preparation, and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Cook in a restaurant serving breakfast
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, etc.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and restrictions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
