Our client has recently expanded to Phoenix and is expanding their customer service team. As a result, they are looking for a dedicated and personable CSR to provide an exceptional service at a range of retail promotional stands and displays in Phoenix.
Customer Service Representative - Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Address inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Identify and carry out upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Engage in conversation with new/potential customers
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Objectives of the Customer Service Representative Role
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to be able to match customers to the right products and services as well as upsell
Customer Service Representative Requirements
- The ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Solution-orientated with the ability to solve problems
