Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering expert product advice.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology product trends and innovations.
Curate and organize engaging offline events and exhibitions to create immersive customer experiences.
Manage and grow our online social media platforms to promote products and events.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to expand brand reach and engagement.
Work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
Previous experience in offline retail with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong knowledge of technology product trends.
Experience in curating and organizing offline events.
Proficiency in managing online social media platforms.
Familiarity with KOL marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
