POSITION SUMMARY:
The Order Processor Clerk will enter purchase orders from online portals and emails into Navision (NAV) our ERP system, this position will routinely confirm orders are ready to be submitted to the shipping department.

Essential Functions:
· Supports business processes, standard operating procedures, and operations productivity.
· Creating and entering all outbound purchase orders and monitoring orders for key accounts, coordinating orders from shipment to customer receipt.
· Creating and maintaining a dynamic open order report.
· Communicates and interacts directly with the warehouse teams on incoming and outbound products, including special orders and sample merchandise approvals.
· Partnering with our warehouse team to ensure orders are correct and shipped on time.
· Review purchase orders though our vendor portals and incoming emails. Enter purchase orders into Navision (NAV) our ERP system.
· Verify data by comparing it to source documents and update existing purchase orders.
· Meets customer needs, offers options, resolve problems, and follows up with customers.
· Monitor status of open purchase orders.
· Closely communicate with Sales and support Sales Reps, Account Managers, as well as Sales Managers.
· Communicate with customs brokers and carriers to ensure pick-ups and or shipments and streamline to process timely.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven ability to work on a team while generating respect and trust from staff and customers.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
· Able to work independently, while meeting demands and deadlines.
· Maintain a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
· Wholesale experience is a plus.
· Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapid change environment
· Proficient MS Office Skills: Outlook, Excel
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
· Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Spanish (fluent -written, fluent -verbal)
Experience:
· 5+ years of admin, customer service experience in office and warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment
Computer Skills: Experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, NAV, ERP Systems

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
