Since 1986, our firm has worked tirelessly in preserving and protecting our client’s rights in immigration law, workers’ compensation, personal injury accidents, and a range of other legal issues. We offer our services in five languages to represent our clients from around the world. With over 30 years of experience, we know what it takes to protect our clients in cases involving removal proceedings, visa matters, lost wages, injuries, and a host of other legal issues that may arise.
Position Summary:
As a new associate attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for assisting the head of the firm in representing individuals in Immigration Court and before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in family-based petitions and before the Asylum Office. You will regularly meet with clients and the firm's head for consultations and affidavits and prepare them for interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. At other times, you will be assisting in writing briefs, arguments and researching innovative ways to help our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bar certification
- At least 1-year experience in Immigration Law (Salary commensurate with experience)
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding oral, written, and active listening communication skills
- Strong administrative problem-solving and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
