General Responsibilities:
- Return DI & CI SOL implants and instruments in ERP system (SMS)
- Follow Quality Assurance (QA) steps to ensure surgical instrument trays are returned complete
- Complete missing instrument spreadsheet and communicate with sales teams when missing or broken items are identified
- Physically restock shelves with returned product and restock
- Validate implant kits
- Ensure that inventory is completely and accurately bin mapped to the correct shelf (bin) locations in SMS
- Utilize handheld scanner to build cases assigned to handheld
- Assist Surgical Coordinators and Asset department in various warehousing, shipping, stocking, and order picking activity
- Use Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Resource Planning software programs to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory
- Collaborate with departments across functions: supply chain, delivery, warehouse, operations and asset to fulfill orders
- Boxing, packing, labeling, shipping instruments, and using shipping programs as needed.
- Deliver / pickup inventory including restock and make emergency delivery to the appropriate facility in a safe and accurate manner on an as needed basis
- May be required to participate in an on call rotation as we are a 24/7 provider of medical implants.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.34 - $17.14 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
