Our mission is to help individuals with developmental disabilities experience meaningful relationships with friends and family, experience personal growth, live in the home of their choice, and fully participate in their communities. We are a person-centered organization that develops a personalized service plan for each individual we work with. We train and support all of our consumers with all the necessary daily living skills needed to function in the consumer’s natural community and home environment and assist our consumers to learn to become more or completely independent.
Job Description and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Oversees registered behavior technicians in a residential program and provides
clinical advisement company-wide. Conducts functional behavior assessment/behavior snapshots for consumers with maladaptive behaviors.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
- Must be an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities
- Must remain in good standing with Community Care Licensing, Regional Centers and
the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Direct Duties:
- Conducts functional behavior assessments as a BCBA
- Writes behavior support plans and programs
- Corrects and reviews behavior support plans
- Review client notes system by reading staff notes, providing feedback to staff,
inputting notes during visits and reviewing data for reporting purposes
- Attend department clinical meetings as well as critical meetings for adult residential
facility residents and Children Group Homes.
- Visit and observe the consumers at the State Developmental Center, IMDs, etc.
- Visit adult residential facilities to observe the clients’ behaviors, check the environment
to identify if anything needs to be modified, talk with staff and clients, and observe the
clients’ performance during activities
- Conducts weekly and monthly audits on behavior data and skill goals
- Provides and oversees monthly staff training in reference to applied behavior analysis
- Conduct new hire orientation training as well as in-service training for staff
- Provides staff supervision
- Provide RBT training and supervision
- Collaborates with other clinical professional team members internally and externally
- Assist administrators in creating activity materials that decrease interfering behaviors
- Meet with Administrators to discuss behavior issues and plans for behavior
modification
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required by the supervisor
- Oversees entire behavior department
- Creates program policies and procedures
- Communicate daily workings of the department to Inclusion Services executive directors

Office Mondays to Fridays (Some Weekends): 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and On-Call (if necessary)
Saturdays and After Hours: On-Call (if necessary)
Sundays and Holidays: On-Call (if necessary)

Salary: $90,000 - $104,000 DOE
