Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The candidate will support the INTERPOL project team with end user Training, Strategic Communications and Product Communications with the USNCB CIO and INTERPOL project stakeholders. The candidate will focus on supporting external-facing technology adoption, collaborating with internal stakeholders, process and procedure coordination, corporate communications, marketing, and brand guidelines development, conducting customer-focused assessments, and analyzing results, and assisting the organization with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Knowledge Management). Candidate will collaborate with project team and other internal stakeholders to assess, develop, vet, and deliver communications and training requirements to ensure successful adoption of the Salesforce case management modernization solution.

Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in writing, editing, researching, creating and implementing strategic communication and training plans, organizational assessments/change readiness assessments, etc., for a variety of mediums and customizing content to targeted audiences.
- Examples of (non-attributable) training and communications plans, Change Management Plans, organizational assessments/change readiness assessments, etc., and ability to describe how these documents/deliverables were developed.
- An undergraduate degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or another relevant field is preferred.
- Experience with consulting/professional services--federal government contracting a plus.
- Experience supporting organizational change management through communications, training and organizational and change readiness assessments.
- Highly organized, with ability to move seamlessly from strategic tasks (developing strategic plans, briefing client executives on recommendations) to tactical tasks (preparing PowerPoint briefings, recording meeting outcomes), as needed.
- Familiarity with organizational change management approaches and tools
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), Visio, and creating documents that tell a compelling, relevant, and data-driven story.
- Experience in IT and technology deployment, HR programs, professional services firms and/or government a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and/or SAFe project management approaches and practices
- References available upon request (current/former coworkers, supervisors preferred)
Required Certifications: Desired Skills
- SAFe certification
- Familiarity with corporate communications, hosting training sessions, developing talking points, and generating reports for senior executives.
- Experience with defining goals and strategies for improving the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of communications, outreach, and training delivery.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools (Jira, etc.), and phases of the project lifecycle; proven experience managing organizational change management efforts in multiple projects.
- Experience with running large-scale marketing or organizational change communications.
Desired Certifications: Organizational Change Management/CMMP; SAFe
