About the Role:
As our Event Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, with a special emphasis on weddings. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and delivery of weddings and corporate events from conception to completion. This includes timeline management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and their expectations are exceeded. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Team Management: Oversee a team of coordinators and staff, ensuring everyone is aligned with the event goals and client needs. Provide training and support to team members.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise during event planning or execution quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager, specifically with weddings and large corporate events.
- Strong portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, corporate gatherings, etc.).
- Excellent vendor management skills.
- Superior organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
