We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Director to join our dynamic team at Mariana’s Supermarkets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.
