Program Manager (Team Coordinator) – Supported Living

We are a progressive non-profit organization in South King County providing supported living services to adults with developmental disabilities, and are looking for a committed individual to join us.
You will oversee community and daily support services for people who live in their own homes in South King County, which includes but is not limited to:
- Direct supervision, scheduling, approval of timecards, mentoring, and performance reviews for a team of up to 20 Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s).
- Ensuring health care needs are met and documented according to state and agency requirements of individuals served
- Maintaining medical and other service benefits of individuals supported
- Provide direct support to individuals including physical support in all areas necessary such as physical transfers, personal hygiene, etc. in emergency situations
- Monthly reconciliation of individuals financial records
- Scheduling, attending, and providing written notes for mandatory monthly meetings
Requirements:
- We prefer that candidates have 3 years supervisory experience and 5 years of experience providing supporting living services in people’s homes in their community.
- The ability to develop supportive relationships with DSP’s as well as with individuals who receive services and their families.
- It is strongly preferred that your background also encompasses highly individualized design of personal supports.
- Must be flexible in work schedule
- The ideal candidate has excellent listening and communication skills, good documentation and organizational abilities, and an excellent grasp of person-centered support philosophy.

- Must be over 18, possess a high school diploma/equivalent, have a good driving record, ability to pass a Washington State and/or FBI background ground check.

- Starting salary of $67,725 with potential for bonuses, and an additional $60/day when managing the company's Emergency Cell phone
