Job Highlights:

Collaborate with engineers, electricians, construction contractors, and others to determine specifications for EV charging station projects.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of multiple fast-paced construction projects simultaneously.

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

Plan all electrical and construction operations and schedule intermediate phases.

Coordinate with utility stakeholders to generate appropriate utility designs, easements, line extension agreements and construction orders.

Ensure that necessary resources (manpower, equipment, materials) are available for all project phases, with attention to budgetary limitations.

Supervise and offer guidance to electricians, construction laborers, mechanics, and others to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall conformance with contract documents.

Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science or relevant field; or equivalent construction project management experience.

Possess experience with the construction of EVSE infrastructure.

Possess experience working with utilities on new service work order requests for single and 3 (three) 3-phase service.

Valid state driver’s license.

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role and industry (construction management or site development preferred).

Experience using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel, Google Sheets) and Word-processing applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Word, Google Docs).

Ability and capacity to simultaneously manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
