Talent Needed: We are in search of an experienced Field Operations Manager with a minimum of three years of expertise in Dental Front Office operations. The Field Operations Manager's role is crucial in delivering care, support, and cultivating patient relationships through effective team leadership.
Dental Experience Required:

Proficient in insurance protocols.
- Exceptional skills in patient service, hospitality, and leadership.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate exemplary communication.
- Detail-oriented with a strong follow-through.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and computer literacy.
- Mediation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with one weekend a month.
