Customer Care Representative
An up-and-coming plumbing company is looking for customer service representatives who have customer service-related experience in a trade and a drive to grow within the company. Most of all, NexLvl Services is looking for a representative who is obsessed with taking care of our customers and provides a quality experience every time they speak with them.

You must have no less than 2 years of customer service experience.
Customer service experience in a trade is preferred.
Highest Responsibility:
Provide positive customer experiences through helpful and a consistent desire to go above and beyond on every phone call. This includes taking plumbing emergency calls, the sale of plumbing services, customer support, and other office related work.
Responsibilities Cont’d:
- Communicate consistently with customers throughout the whole service process
- Confidently answer customer questions related to invoices and work performed
- Make the sale or book the call of customers looking for plumbing work
- Accurately fill out paperwork related to different plumbing jobs

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
