ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs patient qualifications and/or pre-consultations by providing education and information on the multitude of programs offered.
- Responsible for follow-up on all leads, setting patient appointments, and updating the CRM, ensuring a final disposition is made on each potential patient inquiry.
- Proficient in all OMWL Prescription and non-Prescription patient programs.
- Uses communication skills and sales techniques to schedule consultations, creating urgency, and maintain KPls relevant to the role.
- Follows the standards set forth by OMWL for lead management to maximize revenue results.
- Is flexible, schedule will require evening and weekend hours.
- Adheres to all HIPAA and OSHA protocols.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to benefit the mission of the organization and success of Patient Service team
- Develops and supports all clinics on their rebooking efforts and retention strategies regarding patient loyalty and outcomes.
- Works other calls assignments.

Required Education/Experience :
- Call Center Experience Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year+ in sales, customer service or call center environment
Ability to build rapport quickly with inbound and outbound customers, both internal and external
- Self-motivated, driven, goal oriented, and confident with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Individual must be extremely tech savvy and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a contact tracking system CRM/EMR. (preferred)
- Experience within the weight loss, nutrition, fitness, medical, spa or related industry. (preferred)
- Experience with setting and reaching quotas. (preferred)
